Historic and cozy canvas tent cabins located directly in the heart of Yosemite Valley, right beneath the massive Glacier Point granite cliff.
Depart Palo Alto
Feed Ella and Adi in the car to beat holiday traffic heading east.
Pit Stop
Bathroom break and coffee in Oakdale or Manteca before the mountain roads.
Arrive in Valley
Park near the eastern trailheads. Skip the village crowds entirely.
Mirror Lake Hike
~2.5 miles, completely flat. Push Ella in the stroller while Adi walks.
Picnic Lunch
Eat packed sandwiches on the sandy lakebed directly under Half Dome.
Check-in
Head to Curry Village, get the tent keys, and set up the white noise machine.
Decompress
Complete downtime. Get ice cream, let them play in the dirt, rest Adi's legs.
Vernal Footbridge
1.6 miles, 400ft climb. Deploy the baby carrier for Ella. The trail will be in cool shade.
